Jeremy is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals.

With over a decade of experience, he specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and programs tailored for older adults. His approach reflects a deep understanding of this population’s unique needs, with a commitment to creating safe, effective, and empowering fitness experiences.

Jeremy holds multiple recognized certifications, including:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAWL)

Kathy Le owner of Revamp Training

Kathy Le

I’m a South Boston native with experience coaching a wide range of fitness styles – from cardio kickboxing to weightlifting. My passion for personal training comes from my own weight loss journey, having grown up overweight and learning firsthand how fitness can transform lives.

I’ve worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, helping each client build strength, confidence, and healthy habits. I hold a B.S. in Health Science from Boston University and certifications including:

  • NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAWL)

  • CPR/AED Certified

My specialties include injury prevention, functional training, and sports performance. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll likely find me at the movies or playing rugby.

Earning my CPT allowed me to inspire and motivate others to live healthy, active lifestyles. Working at Revamp Training has been incredibly rewarding—it’s given me the opportunity to help people reach their goals and make a positive impact in the community.

I’m someone who’s always loved movement—whether it was playing baseball and basketball growing up or staying active through everyday life. These days, I get the most joy from helping people push past limits and feel good in their own skin.

I’m big on building real connections, creating a strong community, and always staying curious whether that’s learning a new skill or finding a new way to challenge the body. If we’re working together, just know I’ve got your back.

For cardio and conditioning, you’ll have access to Assault Runners, AirBikes, and Concept2 BikeErgs and SkiErgs. We also offer TRX straps, kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyo boxes for dynamic, functional workouts. Every tool is here to support your goals—whether you’re building strength, boosting endurance, or moving with more confidence.

Revamp Training offers an open, thoughtfully designed space with everything you need—and nothing you don’t. With high ceilings, a turf area, and multiple racks, you’ll have plenty of room to lift, move, and train with confidence.

We’ve created a clean, functional environment where you can focus on your workout without distractions. You’ll find simple, useful features like two bathrooms, a shower, and easy access to water—so you can stay comfortable and supported during every session.
